SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders are final sale.


DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

No discounts or promotions are offered in conjunction with registry purchases. However, we offer a 20% completion discount up to 6 months after your wedding date. What this means is, that once you have used all of your registry credit, we offer you a one-time discount on any additional items that you would like to purchase for any items you may have wanted but did not receive as a gift.


 

HOLD REGISTRIES

Because most of our items are custom to you and made to order, all items purchased using your credit are final sale and cannot be returned. Lead times for delivery may vary by item and brand and can be up to 6-12 months - especially for premium or special order items.

 

SHIP REGISTRIES

Should you choose to ship your gifts, all dinnerware, glassware, flatware and table linens are special order and final sale.

 

APPROVED RETURNS

To request a return authorization, please email us at hello@slowdance.com. Any approved returns for ship registries will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt in new and unused condition in their original packaging. The return will be issued in the form of Slowdance credit. Any items returned without a Return Authorization # may be refused/returned to sender. All unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any packages returned as undeliverable or rejected by the recipient are also subject to this 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping fees. The restocking fee/extra shipping charges will be deducted from the registry credit.

 

RECEIVING YOUR GIFTS

Please open your packages immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortage or damage must be made within 5 days of receipt.
