The Sabre Bamboo butter knife has a broad, spatulate tip and moderately sharp edge to cut and spread butter. Also great for very soft cheese without rinds like goat cheese.
Dishwasher safe to a maximum of 130°f. Avoid abrasive sponges and strong detergent.
